Approach

At MI Evaluation Services, we firmly believe that good research and evaluation is not just about the quantity and quality of information we collect, but it is also about the way we conduct our studies and how we engage our clients in the process. We feel that our credibility—and the utility of our work—greatly depends on our ability to collaborate with and engage clients in all phases of the research/evaluation process: from the study design, to instrument development, to the analysis and sharing of results.

Our work routinely incorporates methods for determining what clients want and need to know, how best to gather this information, and how best to feedback the results in usable formats. Through this continuing dialogue, we have been able to develop a complete understanding of the culture and context of each client and how our services must be shaped to accommodate differences and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.

Staff

Our staff of approximately 30 professionals has a wide range of backgrounds in social science, education, health, and counseling, and has taught at the elementary, secondary, and college levels. Our staff includes highly credentialed researchers with considerable content knowledge as well as expertise in all aspects of the research process.
